Parametrization of a torus surface.
$f(u, v) = (x, y, z)^T$ with
- $x = (a + b \cos u) \sin v$
- $y = (a + b \cos u) \cos v$
- $z = b\sin u$
where $a$ is the major radius, $b$ is the minor radius, $0 \le u \le 2\pi$, and $0 \le v \le 2\pi$.
