Parametrization of an ellipsoid surface.
$f(u, v) = (x, y, z)^T$ with
- $x = a\sin u\cos v$
- $y = b\sin u\sin v$
- $z = c\cos u$
where $a$, $b$ and $c$ are scaling factors in the three dimensions, $0 \le u \le \pi$, and $0 \le v \le 2\pi$.
