- $x = \frac{h-u}{h}r\cos v$
- $y = \frac{h-u}{h}r\sin v$
- $z = u-h$
where $h$ is the height, $r$ is the radius, $0 \le u \le 2h$, and $0 \le v \le 2\pi$.
